1. Services

VIKI provides music production, mixing, mastering, and sound design services. All deliverables and timelines will be agreed upon in writing before work commences. Nothing on this website is a binding offer; a project starts only when we both confirm the scope in writing.

2. Payments

Payment terms will be outlined in your specific project invoice. Generally, a deposit is required to begin work.

3. Intellectual property

Unless explicitly transferred in a written agreement, VIKI retains moral rights and underlying copyright ownership of original compositions until full payment is received. The text, images, design and audio on this site are owned by VIKI or used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

4. Third-party content and trademarks

Embedded players, tracks, videos and logos (including Spotify, YouTube, Universal Music Group and the artists and productions credited) belong to their respective owners. Showing them here is for portfolio purposes only and does not imply endorsement. Stream counts and credits are stated in good faith and may change.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site: no attempts to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to it or its admin area, no scraping that harms its performance, and no use of the contact email for spam or unlawful messages.

6. Links to other sites

The site links to third-party services. I am not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, VIKI is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Liability for paid services is governed by the written agreement or invoice for that project.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute.
